Cookies and browser storage

The storage these websites use, what it does and how you can control it.

Essential storage only

YMAI does not use advertising cookies, optional analytics or cross-site tracking. Public visitors do not need a Google account. Administrator sign-in uses necessary security and session cookies.

Enquiry forms

The form keeps a temporary identifier in this tab to prevent duplicate enquiries when you retry. It is removed after a successful submission or when the tab closes.

If you switch language while completing the form, the tab temporarily saves your draft. The draft expires after 15 minutes and is removed when restored or successfully submitted. It is not placed in the page address or sent to an advertising service.

Administrator sign-in

Google sign-in uses cookies to protect the login process and keep an authorised administrator signed in. The YMAI session lasts up to eight hours unless renewed. Google also applies its own privacy and cookie policies when you visit its sign-in page.

Your notice preference

When you dismiss the notice, a small preference is saved in this browser. It contains no enquiry details and remains until you clear browser storage or the notice changes.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and website storage in your browser. Public information remains available, but forms may lose drafts or retry protection, and administrator sign-in may not work.

There are no optional tracking categories to enable on these websites. If that changes, we will explain the new use and provide appropriate choices before activating it.
